HOUSE RULES

We would like to welcome you to B&B Los Lujos Casa Rural.

To ensure a pleasant stay in harmony with the other guests and the owners, we ask you to read our house rules.

When handing over your keys, it is our pleasure to show you your room and the shared areas, as well as provide you with all the information you need to know to ensure you have a pleasant stay. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

• Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM on the terrace or in the kitchen.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, bathrooms and shared areas. When you smoke on our terrace, please ensure that your smoking does not disturb other guests and keep the area clean. Windows may be open, so make sure smoke doesn’t get into the rooms.
• Do not take the towels from the bathroom to the pool or beach. Other towels are provided for this purpose.
• Respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• To protect the septic waste system do not use excessive amounts of toilet paper or flush feminine items, diapers or other products down the toilet. Please use the trash bins for that!
• To improve safety for all guests, we ask you not to invite guests without prior agreement.
• Turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating before you leave and close the door.
• We love animals, so well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional 10€ per night.
• Any damage to property or items purchased by guests must be reimbursed.
• A fee of €25.00 will be charged for lost keys.
• We offer free parking.
• We offer our guests an honesty bar in our kitchen and during the main season at the pool. You serve yourself like at home, then you put the correct amount of money in the jar or fill out a form and pay everything when you check out. We appreciate your honesty because it is a contract of trust between B&B Los Lujos and its guests, who can feel completely at home.
• As we are not a hotel, the rooms are not cleaned daily during your stay but only once a week. If needed, feel free to ask for clean towels or bed linens.
• Wear appropriate clothing around other guests.
• We do not provide laundry service for our guests.
• Portable heaters, candles or incense burners are strictly prohibited in the rooms and shared areas.
• B&B Los Lujos cannot accept responsibility for damage and/or losses on the premises or in the car park.
